A. Indoor Panels / Outdoor Panels
All Panels are designed in accordance with ABB’s Standards. All of them have the same basic features

Fully Compartmentalized construction with IP4X degree of protection externally and IP2X between compartments for Indoor Type
Busriser is provided in bus coupler panel itself for panels rated upto 12KV 2000A, leading to floor space saving.

Emphasis on operators safety by :

Foolproof mechanical interlock to prevent rack-in and rack-out of closed breaker
Independent exhaust vent for all HT compartments
Racking in/out of breaker with closed door only
Multiple guides for safe, sure and enduring self aligning power contacts
Live parts are covered by automatic shutters when breaker is racked out
Integral Earthing switch (optional)

Busbars will be made of Aluminium or Copper as per the current and STR requirement as also customers preference. Fully Insulated Sleeving / Heat Retardent Colour Coded PVC Sleeving can also be provided on them. They can also be given with full insulation at rated voltage.

We can also provide the following with the panel as per the Clients request : Surge Arrestors / Suppressor DC Power Packs (Input à 110 / 230V AC & O/P à 24 / 30 / 110/ 220 VDC) Earthing trucks for 11/22/33KV

A. 33KV Panels
1. Indoor Type Panel
It is available in a current rating of 630-2500A and will have a STR of 31.5KA/3Sec. Panel is designed and type tested to meet the requirements of IEC-60298 & 694 / IS :3427.The Degree of Protection used will be IP4X.Circuit Breaker used here is SF-6 Type HPA-36.

2. Outdoor Type Kiosk
It is available in a current rating of 630-2500A and will have a STR of 26.3 / 31.5KA/3 sec.
Panel is designed and type tested to meet the requirements of IEC-60298 & 694 / IS :3427. The Degree of Protection used will be IP5X.Circuit Breaker used here is SF-6 Type HPA-36.

3. Load Break Switch
It is available in a current rating of 630A and STR of 21KA.
The Degree of Protection used will be IP4X for Indoor Type & IP5X for Outdoor Kiosk Here ABB-Poland make LBS is used with or without Fuses & Earth Switch.

B. 22KV Panels
1. Indoor Type Panel
It is available in a current rating of 630-2500A and will have a STR of 26.3 / 31.5KA. Panel is designed and type tested to meet the requirements of IEC-60298 & 694 / IS :3427.The Degree of Protection used will be IP4X.Circuit Breaker used here is SF-6 Type HPA-24.

2. Outdoor Type Panel
It is available in a current rating of 630-2500A and will have a STR of 26.3 / 31.5KA. Panel is designed and type tested to meet the requirements of IEC-60298 & 694 / IS :3427. The Degree of Protection used will be IP5X.Circuit Breaker used here is SF-6 Type HPA-24.

3. Load Break Switch
It is available in a current rating of 630A and STR of 16KA. The Degree of Protection used will be IP4X for Indoor Type & IP55 for Outdoor Kiosk.Here LBS of ABB-Poland make OR Local make is used with or without Fuses & Earth Switch.

C. 11KV Panels
1. Panels Used for Vacuum Circuit Breakers :

Indoor Type Panel :
It is available in a current rating upto 3150A and will have a STR of 26.3/40KA. Panel is designed and type tested to meet the requirements of IEC-60298 & 694 / IS :3427.The Degree of Protection used will be IP4X.Circuit Breaker used here is Vacuum Circuit Breaker Type VD4 /HCA.
Outdoor Type Panel :
It is available in a current rating upto 3150A and will have a STR of 26.3/40KA. Panel is designed and type tested to meet the requirements of IEC-60298 & 694 / IS :3427.The Degree of Protection used will be IP55.Circuit Breaker used here is Vacuum Circuit Breaker Type VD4 /HCA.

It is available in a current rating upto 3000A and will have a STR of 40KA.Panel is designed and type tested to meet the requirements of IEC-60298 & IS :3427.The Degree of Protection used will be IP4X.Circuit Breaker used here is Vacuum Circuit Breaker Type HPA.
Outdoor Type Panel :
It is available in a current rating upto 3000A and will have a STR of 40KA.Panel is designed and type tested to meet the requirements of IEC-60298 & IS :3427.The Degree of Protection used will be IP55.Circuit Breaker used here is Vacuum Circuit Breaker Type HPA.

3. Load Break Switch :
It is available in a current rating of 1250A and STR of 31.5KA.
The Degree of Protection used will be IP4X for Indoor Type & IP5X for Outdoor Kiosk. Here LBS of ABB-Poland make is used with or without Fuses & Earth Switch.

4. Double Busbar Type Panel :
DOUBLE BUS Switchgear Panels with Automatic Bus Transfer Schemes are regularly supplied by us. Their utility is the provision of another set of busbars to supply power when one source fails. Each busbar is connected through Isolators which are mechanically interlocked so that either one of them operates at one time. Enough protective equipment is provided so that power transfer between the busbars takes place smoothly and safely. The Degree of Protection used will be IP4X for Indoor Type & IP55 for Outdoor Kiosk
